Goto www.flaphone.com and register for the service. After activation and logging in click on the Menu
Button. Select the SIP Settings button. Then click on the Add Account link.

Settings:

Name: plusvoip_Username

SIP Proxy: sip.plusvoip.com

Username: plusvoip_Username

Password:plusvoip_Password

Click on Add Account Link
